The BPA will invoice you once your completed application has been received.
By default, you will be invoiced at your mailing address as entered above. If your organisation are paying your membership and you wish the invoice to be made directly to your organisation as detailed above please tick the box below.
If you wish to pay by Direct Debit, please complete a direct debit mandate and send it to the address on the mandate. We are unable to accept a scanned or photocopied version of the mandate as your bank will only accept the original.
